Smoking is not allowed at any time: 1. inside, around or outside the clubhouse; 2. in any of the indoor or outdoor common elements; 3. in the stairwells; 4. outdoors anywhere on the property at any time, including all limited common elements; 5. in any of the workspaces, boiler rooms, storages spaces or other Association-owned and maintained spaces; 6. in any vehicle owned by the Shadowood Condominium Association; and 7. in any unit owned by the Shadowood Condominium Association. Smoking and consuming alcoholic beverages may occur within the privacy of a Shadowood apartment and only to the extent that the use complies fully with the published Shadowood Rules and Regulations and does not create a public or private nuisance for others.
