| A five-member Board of Directors, serving staggered
three-year terms, oversees the operations of Shadowood Condominium. Meeting minutes and meeting times are provided above. Elections are
held at the annual unit owner meeting, the first Monday in March. One or
two board seats are up for election at each annual meeting.
The board of directors meets monthly, usually on the
third Saturday of each month with occasional special meetings as the
needs arise. Most of our meetings are less than two hours long, but some
go longer, particularly when major projects are being discussed and
vendors are making presentations.

Manager after the call for candidates and before the cutoff date in
the first quarter of each year.

- Hearings and Covenants (including Neighborhood
Watch) VACANT
- Activities -- Dissolved 11/07 due to lack of
interest.
- Maintenance and Safety -- Michael Santos, Chair
- Legal -- Brian Olivia, Chair
The committees have no fixed membership and meet as
needed conducting routine business of the association. They act in an
advisory role to the board of directors, have their own budgets and
leadership and meet at days, times and places convenient to the members.
