The Board, at the March 17th Board meeting, approved the use of Building Link to replace the useless and out of date database. Building Link is a interactive communication tool widely used in the property management industry.
Residents will be able to place their own work orders without contacting the office. You also will be able to receive important notifications by email or text message, and Building Link is web-based so it can be used wherever there is an internet connection.
Attached to this Friday email is a Building Link Resident Memo which has already been distributed to on-site residents. If you are an off-site owner, please complete the Building Link form, available at the Shadowood office, and mail, fax, or email it back to: email@example.com. Building Link will only be effective if accurate owner and renter Information is received.
