The Board, at the March 17th Board meeting, approved the use of Building Link to replace the useless and out of date database. Building Link is a interactive communication tool widely used in the property management industry.
Residents will be able to place their own work orders without contacting the office. You also will be able to receive important notifications by email or text message, and Building Link is web-based so it can be used wherever there is an internet connection.
Attached to this Friday email is a Building Link Resident Memo which has already been distributed to on-site residents. If you are an off-site owner, please complete this form and mail, fax, or email it back to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Building Link will only be effective if accurate owner and renter Information is received.
Please note that email is the most effective and efficient means of communication for mass-mailing notices and the Management Office will be utilizing email when sending out notices about maintenance, pest control, water shutdowns, and other
important information that residents and owners need to be aware of, so please make sure your contact information is current.
