Shadowood Condominium is professionally managed by Armstrong Management Services, Inc. (Armstrong) located at 3949 Pender Drive, Suite 205, Fairfax, VA 22030.

All payments, including utilities and violation assessments, are due no later than the 5th of the month. Late fees and interest are charged on payments not received by the 15th of the month.  Mail payments to:

Shadowood Condominium Association and Armstrong strongly encourage all payments to be mailed to the address provided on the assessment statement. You may, however, hand deliver your payments to the Armstrong's management office in Fairfax. Click on the address link above for a map. As always, it is a unit owner responsibility to ensure that payments are received on time. At this time NONE of Shadowood's assessment payments can be accepted at the on-site office.

IMPORTANT: Armstrong Management Services is not authorized to waive ANY late fees or interest charges or any other assessments on your statements!

If you wish to dispute any item on your statement, you must either:

1. (STRONGLY RECOMMENDED) submit a legibly typed request to Armstrong Management Services for any disputes and include any evidence. Hand written requests may be submitted but they must be CLEARLY PRINTED in legible English using BLACK ink only.  All other requests, including illegible requests, will be discarded and denied.
2. (ALTERNATE) email your dispute to customerservice@armstrong.net

ALL Financial Policy matters should be referred to the Shadowood Condominium Board of Directors. See the Welcome! page for contact details.

Important Reminder: postmark dates are not used to determine on-time payments. Neither Armstrong Management Services nor the Shadowood Board of Directors will waive late fees for delayed mail delivery.
