Other important information: Gas service is available on the SCA property, but no gas plumbing or service is available to individual units. The gas service enters the fronts of the buildings; the HVAC closets are at the rear of each building. Peak electrical demand is limited property-wide to about 1 megawatt by a
Square-D Watchdog energy management system. This limit cannot be exceeded
by any proposed HVAC solution.
